Ahhhhh . . . It's starting to come together . . I can see now where the Mail Art Wings are destined . . for the Mail Art Carrier Pigeon . . so I wonder who this is without any return address.

Interesting that this mysterious envelope containing mail art wings landed on top of my mailbox instead of in it . . so for awhile I thought it was hand delivered to the building by someone other than the postman.
